*Please note: The driveway is marked by a black mailbox (with a small wooden sign on top), on the right approximately .3 miles from SW Boones Ferry Rd. The driveway is shared by two other houses, however the clinic is the first building you come to. Parking for the clinic is on the gravel at the end of the hedge, or the gravel on the left side of the garage. After parking, please follow the sign on the gate to the right and down the sidewalk to the waiting room. The clinic is in the building closest to your car. Thanks!
