Stress Management Class
The truth, is that reducing stress in your life has less to do with changing your external environment than it does with changing your internal environment. After this class is over, you will not just have learned ways to manage stress, but you will actually experience less stress on a daily basis.
In this six week class, you will learn:

how your brain and mind create stress

the effects of stress on your body- how to measure them and what to do about them

the most effective stress management technique on the planet

how to dramatically reduce your overall stress without changing any of your external stressors
More than a gathering of information, this class is an interactive experience. Over a period of six weeks, you will learn how to change your physiology so that you go home healthier and better able to flow with the chaos of today’s stressful world.
Class Size: To maximize the learning atmosphere, I am limiting each class to eight participants.
Class Duration: The class consists of six 90 minute sessions, spaced one week apart.
Class Times: I am currently filling space for three classes. One at night (7:30-9:00pm); one in the morning (8:00-9:30am); one during the day (11:00-12:30).
Class Day: I am flexible about the days of the week for the classes. If you are interested, please call me and we can work out what will be best for you.
Class Cost: $199. This price includes the group sessions plus one individual healing session with Dr. Elliott (a $90 value).
